Endeavour from Eratoi, is another stunning example of a Timor-Leste coffee! With a delightful orange taste at the front end, reminiscent of tangerines we then noted marshmallows and honeycomb, with a bold mouthfeel that is certainly something that we have come to expect from Timor-Leste coffees.

Eratoi is centrally located in the sub-district of Letefoho, where coffee farmers are widely dispersed throughout a large area of land under the watchful eye of Timor-Leste’s most sacred mountain - Mount Ramelau.

At an altitude of 1800masl, the Eratoi member’s coffee forests are all ideally located amongst the cooling shade trees, where the cherries are provided with a good balance of sun and shade, giving them the time needed to grow and mature slowly, allowing for optimum sweetness development prior to harvesting and processing. With consistent fermentation over a 40 hour period, and slow, methodical drying on raised beds, this allows the beans to develop the bold flavours which are so distinctive of their coffee.

Last year we was blown away at how good this coffee tasted, and this years harvest tastes even better!

For best taste, use within 3 months of roast date.
